Originally from the Czech Republic, currently living in Oslo, Norway, I’m a young UX designer. I love to frame, understand and solve wicked problems in collaboration with diverse team members, all only for creating a meaningful societal impact. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, swimming, being in nature and spending time with friends and family.
View ResumeFor me, feedback is the most valuable gift and reflection is a neccessity. After each project I ask all my team members for feedback and I even have my own framework for reflecting on my work.
When I do something, I need to know why I'm doing it and how it's helping to make the world a better place. In all my work I strive for social and environemntal sustainability.
I believe we are here to make each others lives better. Interpersonal relationships, no ego, good group dynamics and trust are essential for me.
