Originally from the Czech Republic, currently living in Finland, I’m a young UX designer. I love to frame, understand and solve wicked problems in collaboration with diverse team members, all only for creating a meaningful societal impact. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, swimming, being in nature and spending time with friends and family. My future vision is helping underserved communities through service and strategic design.
View ResumeFor me, feedback is the most valuable gift and reflection is a neccessity. After each project I ask all my team members for feedback and I even have my own framework for reflecting on my work.
When I do something, I need to know why I'm doing it and how it's helping to make the world a better place. In all my work I strive for social and environemntal sustainability.
I believe we are here to make each others lives better. Interpersonal relationships, no ego, good group dynamics and trust are essential for me.
